Accepted Payment Types: ACH, Credit Card. All payments must clear before items are released.
Credit Card Payments: All customers are subject to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form. Any distributor order over $1,000 will incur a credit card processing fee of 3.0%. This is not a “convenience” fee and Randy’s is not making any profit off of charging a credit card fee, it is simply the fee that is associated with processing a credit card. If you wish to avoid credit card processing fees, Randy’s offers payment methods such as ACH.
Exemptions: Sales Tax exemption forms must be filled out, submitted, and approved to exclude sales tax on any order.
Additional Fees: NSF Fee – Bounced or returned checks will incur an additional fee of $35 plus any other charges. Late fees include any costs incurred by Randy’s to collect in addition to a 1.5% per month finance charge on all past due balances.
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day after payment clears. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise determined. Shipping by freight (on a pallet) will be used at Randy’s discretion when less expensive and applicable. Freight shipments are shipped with the lowest shipping rates offered at the time the shipment is booked. Freight shipment quotes are guaranteed at the time of the quote. Customers are responsible for any additional charge due to a carrier’s rate change. Randy’s may utilize various freight carriers. Customers are responsible for shipping, freight, hazmat, COD, insurance, lift gate, and handling charges.
Shipping Addresses: It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the shipping address is valid. If there are delivery issues and delivery costs, any fees incurred shall be the customer’s responsibility.
Transit Times: All delivery dates are only estimates. Randy’s is not responsible for carrier delays such as, but not limited to: weather delays, truck delays, or acts of God.
Damages/Delivery Issues: Any order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If shipment arrives damaged, re-taped, or opened, the customer should file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. If your order arrives with damages, shortages, or overages you must keep the original boxes, take photos and videos of the damaged shipment and contact your sales person to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to file a claim. If the damages, shortages, or overage is the fault of Randy’s, any damaged or shortened merchandise will be reshipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect merchandise, Randy’s will arrange for return shipping. Damages under $75 will be credited to the account. Damages over $75 will be replaced.
Refused Orders: All refused or unclaimed orders will result in a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional shipping charges will be added. If the fault of Randy’s, refused orders will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense (including shipping charges).
Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for a return or full credit. You must first submit a RMA form which you can obtain from your sales rep. Once RMA form has been submitted and approved, your sales rep will arrange return shipping of products. All discontinued, final sale, and low margin items will not be accepted or credited. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all approved returns and the customer is responsible for shipping to 5645 Angola Rd. Unit A, Toledo OH 43615. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped. The customer is responsible for removing any and all price tags or stickers prior to return. There is a $1.00 fee for each price tag or damaged box found. Please contact your Randy’s representative with any questions or for more info on our RMA return process.

Customers outside of the USA take full responsibility to follow their country’s rules and regulations. Randy’s is not responsible for any seizure of goods if products are not allowed to be imported to your final destination. International Customers are solely responsible for the collection and payment of taxes, duties, or surcharges that current law requires to collect and remit payment. Pricing does not include taxes or duties. Taxes, duties, & fees incurred are sole responsibility of the importer. All fees incurred to Randy’s during the ordering and shipping process must be paid in full before the order is shipped.
