FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
From completely dead to fully charged, your Loov will take about 1.5 to 2 hours to charge.
Your Loov will indicate that it is charging if you see the LED light on the base light up Red. When your Loov is fully charged, the LED will change from Red to Green.
Your Loov will indicate that it is fully charged if you see the LED on the base turn solid Green when the device is plugged into the charger.
There may be an internal connection interruption. Please contact your sales rep to address this problem as it cannot be fixed by oneself.
Please note that your Loov has an auto shut off after 20 minutes. If your device keeps shutting off immediately there may be an internal connection interruption. Please contact your sales rep.
