From completely dead to fully charged, your Grip will take about 2 to 3 hours to charge.
Your Grip will indicate that it is charging if you see a solid red light when the device is plugged into the charger.
Your Grip will indicate that it is fully charged if you see a solid green light when the device is plugged into the charger.
If the battery on your Grip is low the device will indicate this with 10 rapid flashing yellow lights.
There may be an internal connection interruption. Please submit a warranty claim to address this problem as it cannot be fixed by oneself.
Please note that your grip has an auto shut off after a few seconds. If your device keeps shutting off immediately there may be an internal connection interruption. Please submit a warranty claim to address this problem as it cannot be fixed by oneself.
