I got my start with Randy’s about eight years ago after responding to a pretty vague job listing online right out of college. I kept following up—emailing and calling—until they basically had two options: tell me to stop or give me a shot. Luckily they chose the second one.

Since then I’ve built my approach around being real, honest, and focused on what actually sells. My goal is always to help shops succeed by recommending products that fit their customers and making sure there’s as little risk as possible. I’m a big fan of the classics too—Black Label is still my go-to, along with our cleaning caps that make maintenance quick and easy.
